Whether your instrument requires its regular service, more intensive repairs, or a full restoration, we love finding the right solution for every situation, and are not deterred by a challenge!
Just like your car, instruments work best when in good repair. So is your instrument in need of a little TLC? We’ll give it a clean and polish, make sure tone holes are sealing, replace damaged pads, re-lubricate the mechanisms, and just give it an all over general check-up. Look forward to improved ease of playing, fuller and clearer tone, and quieter keys.
Flute/Clarinet/Piccolo/Trumpet – $150 Saxophone/Larger Brass – $250
Repad/COA (Clean, Oil, Adjust)
Pads are essential to the play of an instrument and are especially easily damaged through exposure to moisture or insects. They also just wear down and need replacement occasionally. It can be useful to have your instrument repadded to make sure all tone holes are properly sealing and generally in good repair. In the COA we replace all pads, as well as oil every mechanism, remove dents, and adjust anything that may have been bumped out of alignment or knocked around in general.
Flute/Clarinet/Piccolo/Trumpet – $300
Saxophone/Larger Brass – $750-$800
Does your footjoint keep falling off? Has a cork come off? If you have identified a specific problem with your instrument, we can fix it! We charge at an hourly rate with a minimum charge of $25 and will contact you if the problem is bigger than first anticipated.
